Payment Processing Fees
When your customers pay for bookings through the Punctual platform, we charge a small platform fee on top of Stripe's standard payment processing fees. This covers payment infrastructure, fraud protection, and PCI DSS compliance.
Example
For a €50 booking: platform fee = €1.50 (3%) + €0.30 = €1.80 total. Your customer pays €50 and you receive €48.20 net after fees.
Fees are deducted automatically from each transaction via Stripe Connect before disbursement. All prices exclude VAT where applicable. By accepting payments through Punctual, you agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement.
